Very poor connectivity
The app has the right basic features but I don’t know why search is at the bottom of the home page?
The app connects to the ship wifi though unless you pay for an internet package there will be no internet. Which is fine however most phones don’t like being connected to a WiFi point without internet access. You can tell you wrong to stay connected without an internet connection. Though the app is like a dice roll if it will stay connected. I spent already way too much of my vacation quiting the app, forgetting the network and reconnecting and restarting my phone trying to get the app to connect again. None of these steps seems to be a sure way to connect and I guess even on the new ship the Viva the access points must have problems.
The most annoying part for me as a customer was I had 150 minutes. So you have to log out when you want to save the rest of your minutes. I did this in the app the loading screen started. Then the app kicked me out. I could not get back into the app no matter what I did. I though sure I hit the button it must be done and went to sleep. I woke up to find it had not logged me out of my minutes and now I have no internet for the rest of my cruise. No body likes the feeling of being taken from unfairly and this app/network sets customers up to experience this. I might go Princess again next time I had a way better time with there app and network.

Where do I start?
1. I can't rate excursions because as soon as I have done them they are gone in the app.
2. the app is set to German but all the descriptions of the excursions are in English.
3. the app during the trip only works in the NCL wifi is also not too practical, because during shore excursions you sometimes want to look when you have reservations in the restaurant.
4. There are still some things that do not work in the app (unfortunately only on the website) such as paying tips etc.
So there is still some hard work needed to improve the app.

Warum steht in der Beschreibung, dass die App auch in Deutsch verfügbar ist? Ich habe nichts gefunden. 🤔
Das NCL System ist einfach Schrott
Wir haben immer wieder Schwierigkeiten uns mit unseren Daten einzuloggen. Egal ob Web oder App. NCL findet uns nicht trotz seltenem Namen, Latitudes Nummer und gerade gebuchten Landausflügen ( wir setzen PW Manager ein!)
Eigentlich super...
Die App ist übersichtlich und gut aufgebaut.
Man kann im Vorfeld schon einiges planen und organisieren. Ein Stern Abzug geht an die nur in englisch sprachige aufgebaute App. Verbessert mich gerne, wenn ich mich täusche und gibt Informationen wie man die Sprache ändert.
Aktualisierung fällig, Features fehlen
Hallo NCL, seit über 20 Tagen keine Verbindung zum Server. Notwendige Aktualisierungen der Kreuzfahrtdetails bleiben aus, immer noch keine Hafenpläne (Tipp: Vielleicht mal bei Fluggesellschaften schauen wie das geht!). iOS 13 Update Fehlanzeige... Download der Boarding-Papiere geht nicht auf mobile devices, Übernahme in Wallet geht auch nicht. ( nein ich will den Kram nicht ausdrucken müssen).
Message kann nicht mehr geöffnet werden
Seit dem letzten Update kann man keine Nachrichten mehr öffnen.
Ansonsten ist die App noch weit davon entfernt, als gelungen bezeichnet zu werden. Schiffspositionen, Piers, Echtzeitinfos, Webcams, Speisekarten usw..
Da ist mächtig Luft nach oben!!!

Morgen startet unsere Cruise und diese app zeigt mir seit 10 Tagen nur nervige Upgrades an. Wann ist boarding oder von welchem Pier startet die Reise? Detailkarte der Route mit Zeitplan uvm fehlt. Also, was soll ich damit?! Zum Glück findet man diese Infos im www.
