Amazing overview to see what’s offered on your cruise!
Wish you could favorite everything mentioned, particularly “Activities.” Also if the love-heart could please be red instead of grey would make it easier to stand out if you’ve already hearted it or not.
I like an app that’s easy to follow
Of course we are curious about things and we all want to see what’s happening on our cruise. Using an app that’s easy for one to follow and use. It takes time to get use to an app to learn from an app. Time is precious & so is your money. This app is easy to use to find out what’s happening on your cruise. From excursions to shopping on board. To eating out to shopping. Norwegian has done it again. Easy , helpful & delightful 🙂

Norwegian cruse ships
We will only ever cruise on Norwegian we have been on six cruises with them,would never change.
Phone numbers Invalid
The two phone numbers at bottom of app one for tech support and another will not work in Autralia.
App developers do some UX
This app interface is poor, I go in circles every time I try to find information.
Poor design, unreliable content
The app is extremely unintuitive compared with other cruise lines, lacking basic functionality to book experiences and missing key information you’d expect like restaurant opening times.
However the biggest issue by far is the repeatedly incorrect schedule that can severely impact your holiday experience by providing wrong times and locations causing guests to miss out. Based on the numerous inconveniences we encountered on the Norwegian Bliss because of the app, I wouldn’t sail with NCL again.
Overall Disappointing.
The Good
was quite good to use before the cruise.
Once on the cruise and out of mobile coverage the app made it easier for the 10people in our group to keep in touch.
The Bad
Once on board to communicate using the app each person must pay usd-9.95 to enable use of the ships WiFi.
Battery life on my and others iPhones was drastically reduced.
Works on board only through ships WiFi and you cannot run your 3/4G mobile connection at the same time.
Checking app will shut off the music being played at the time.
The App would often crash, requiring a restart.
You cannot see your onboard account with it.
You cannot add members to an already created group chat.
The daily itinerary content for, morning, afternoon, evening was not all there, just snippets of some shows etc.
Overall it allowed 10 of us to communicate while on board, but it was a chore a lot of the time.
Being really hard on battery life, some of us would often miss messages due to dead battery or the App crashing.
Considering the $ NCL are pulling in per passenger using this App it should be a lot better.
It’s really a rip off once you’re on board.
