Jeg synes det var en okay app, nu hvor den jo er gratis.. Jeg synes dog at der godt kunne have været flere øvelser, men det tror jeg selvfølgelig der er i den som koster 7 kr.. Men ellers godt, nu hvor at den ikke kostede noget

Rigtig godt, især hvis man er på slankekur. Ikke en god ide at gøre det hverdag, da musklerne lige skal hviles og få den rigtige 'stemning'. Gør det med 1-2 dages mellemrum, eller 3 dage om ugen. Man sveder met efter det, rigtig godt.
