I have downloaded it and I used
It for a 5 mins it’s a miracle
I’m kinda lazy but then I was thinking why am I turning into such a lazy person I’m sitting here every day staring at my phone all day and it’s just wasting my time so I went to the App Store and downloaded this app
And it’s a miracle because
1) it helps me to keep track of my heath
2) it helps my eye sight so I don’t stare at my screen all day
3) I can actually feel better
And finally 4) I can move my body much better because it was very stiff and now I can move and walk bettter

Absolutely amazing! I’m 13 and I’m used to pushing my body to more than what it can do but I can definitely say this is super good I’ve already seen a massive difference in 5 days ! I do the 10 minutes and as much as it kills doing 10mins this app is all about how u need to persevere and keep pushing to succeed and make sure u have a 30 second brake in between each exercise and have some water In that time definitely a challenge but it’s possible ! And keep doing it everyday !
