Camera ready but App say camera offline
Its was reliable for a long while but suddenly app show offline. After looking at review here, seems like a sw bug somewhere and not hw issue.

Camera ready but cannot add to app
The camera has been working all the while and suddenly cannot be accessed. So perform hard reset from the button behind and go through configuration wizard. I was able to transfer the wifi info to the camera through sound wave and gets sound Ding Dong from the camera. The app sound wave still continues and while the camera said Camera Ready. When the screen prompts if I hear the Ding Dong sound and I click Next, the detection continues and then showed the configuration failed screen. Please help.
Worst update
After the new update this whole thing messed up .. this camera and the apps is not working properly , don’t know what they did , earlier was working so well , after the app update the camera is always connecting and loading all the time , it’s not recording continuously .. all went wrong ..
Software having issue !
After the system upgrade 2 week ago my camera cannot be set up. Currently I am using IOS 14.2 and I cannot connect back the camera. Please look into it urgently !!!
Unable to detect camera
Initially the camera was successfully set up but a month later when I changed my router, the camera failed to be detected and unable to be set-up. Pls fix. App kept stating no wifi connection although I'm already connected to the wifi. Pls fix
Unable to detect camera
Camera was working fine for a year and suddenly it went offline. Was unable to reboot so I reset it which was unsuccessful. I uninstalled the app and installed and still face the same problem. I am unable to add device to the app. WiFi is working fine, in fact the camera was ready but the app just cannot detect the camera. I tried multiple times and fail. Please help, I like this app very much for it is easy to understand and user friendly and seldom failed me.
Always Works
Apps work or they don’t. Every time I need to view my camera this showed me the image I needed. My only con is the cloud add on that I always have to cancel to proceed. I use SD card. App is Easy to use an it always works.
Highly Recommend
I’ve had this device for about 3 to 4 years. I have it in my son’s room to monitor his nurses. My son is nonverbal and immobile. I can check on him throughout the day while I’m at work. If he has an appointment where I don’t have to be present I can still communicate with them if need be. At home I can monitor him while doing things around the house. My 31 year old son is epileptic so he needs constant monitoring. So grateful for this product.
