Money debited but app did not subscribe
I canceled my subscription but forgot to turn off the auto-renewal. As a result, my money was deducted without receiving the subscription on 23 June 2024. Can I get a refund?

Apple Pencil doesn’t work
I want a digital handwriting journal but this app doesn’t support pencil usage.
Face ID
Why this app is not using Face ID for authentication. I don’t feel comfortable using it without security. Maybe I will uninstall it one day and use Journal which uses Face ID . I highly suggest developers to make use of Face ID because it’s private whatever we write on this.
