Description

Meet Daylight: A digital program that helps you understand where anxiety comes from, what makes it worse, and how to reduce it for good. All in 10 minutes or less per day, on your schedule, from the privacy of your own phone.
Daylight was developed by experts who understand where anxiety comes from and what makes it worse — clinical psychologists, researchers, and the world’s most trusted academic institutions. It’s been proven safe and effective in clinical trials, just like any medicine you’d get from the pharmacy. In a clinical trial, people who used Daylight experienced less anxiety in three weeks and after 10 weeks, 71% achieved clinical improvement in anxiety.
KEY FEATURES:
- Less than 10 minutes per day: Bite-sized, interactive smartphone sessions are easily incorporated into your daily routine
- Let Daylight keep you on track: You’ll get in-the-moment suggestions based on your individual needs and regular check-ins to guide your progress
- Feel better, stay better: Proven cognitive and behavioral techniques teach you life-long skills to reduce tension, re-frame anxious thoughts, and manage anxiety for good
"Daylight was incredibly easy to use and I especially enjoyed the minimal time commitment – I could complete a session in 5-10 minutes when I was feeling anxious or stressed...Thanks to the techniques learned through Daylight, I feel like I’m more in control of my anxiety." – Julia Santos, Daylight User

WHY

zach is good on

United States

When I try to make an account for it, it says “this does not accept gmail.com” like what else do I use?

Videos disrupted by loading

Melongator on

United States

The videos are extremely choppy and are consistently being broken up by a loading circle whenever the script is personalized based on my answers. It’s really disruptive and makes it hard to concentrate on the content.

Incredibly Helpful

Oak City Fashion on

This app has become one of the best tools I’ve used to manage anxiety. I use it almost every day. I hope that you will come out with a Daylight 3.0 to continue building the practice library.

Very laggy

The new update has made this app incredibly laggy. It wont allow me to press on the first 6 minute intro…..as well as it crashes after I press a button🙃

Incredibly Helpful

The Daylight App is incredibly helpful for providing evidence based and practically useful ways of meeting and managing anxiety. The voice of the narrator is immensely soothing and the animations are both adorable and validating. Working through these steps has been easy, enjoyable, and effective at helping me manage my worries. I highly recommend this to any and all human beings - I genuinely feel that we could all benefit from these lessons.

almost there

zenobiax on

this app is great except for one fatal flaw. the lack of an option for text/subtitles is really disappointing. sometimes i'm in public or don't have my airpods, so i cant always listen and end up just not using the app when i need it /:

Helpful strategies and tricks to manage stress

Kiska49 on

United States

I’m still early in using this but so far I’ve liked how simple the lessons / strategies are. The ones that have been served to me are different than what I ve seen in other apps - they were cool because they basically told me to stop fighting it and actually lean into it. I’ll see how it goes but so far its working
