I’ve been using this now for two months every single day and finding it to be pretty amazing. It has given me new skills that I’ve actually helped me in my relationship with a really amazing partner and helped me to stop from throwing that relationship away. Even as a journaling system it is just awesome - throw in all the DBT stuff and it is a really invaluable tool

Content and UI are great, paywalls are a huge miss

This app would be so great if there weren’t so many paywalls or at least if they didn’t have outrageous prices for people trying to better their mental health. As someone who is looking for options to continue my DBT journey it’s disheartening when there are ridiculous prices on features or tools you know would absolutely help. The content of DBT isn’t owned by the creators of this app and all the other mindfulness apps (stoic, mindset, etc.) all have affordable prices or options to make it more affordable and especially with stoic there’s a genuine sense of the creators trying to make a difference to help assist people on their mental health journeys.

effective tracker that compliments regular counselling. there are so many useful tools and resources in the free version alone! seen much improvement in my relationships and emotional regulation within just the first month of using this app. i have minor grips with the ui, but otherwise dbt coach is easily accessible for guiding you through coping mechanisms and tracking your progress. not sponsored i just swear by this app hahah🤍

doesn’t work anymore

it’s disheartening, because I was starting to like this app a lot when I got logged out a few months back. tried signing in with email, changing the password, creating a new account with Google or apple and every time I submit or try to sign in, I get an error message. it must be on the backend because there seems to be a few small bugs upon logging in which prevents me from accessing the app entirely. Even months later, I cannot access the app.
