De'Longhi COFFEE LINK

The new app is too slow. It takes a long time to find the machine every time the app is opened. Then connecting to the machine is so so slow. After that switching different users on the machine takes forever. I usually give up using the app at this point. These are easy to fix issues. They spoil the otherwise delightful experience of amazing coffees and cappuccinos which the machine produces so well. Please fix the app issues soon.

After app was updated on 13 Sep, no longer connects or detect my Dinamic Plus coffee machine.

After install the app, I am unable to use. Sometime it is unable to detect my machine. Furthermore, I cannot go in to customise my coffee as it did not ask for the pin code. It is always unable to go to the for me to key the pin. Please help to resolve this issue

Die App ladet und ladet mann muss es sehr oft Neustarten da es immer wieder mal hängen bleibt. Das ist sehr nervig

Die Statusmeldung, dass die Kaffeemaschine verbunden ist, wird nicht ausgeblendet, damit ist die App unbenutzbar…

Zu mehr als 50% muss nach vormalig erfolgreicher Verbindung die WLAN Verbindung zurückgesetzt werden. Weiterhin fehlt eine Ausschalt-Funktion über die App

Die App ist sehr schwerfällig und mühsam. Die Verbindung zwischen Maschine und der App wird oft nicht erkannt. Da ist jede Menge Luft nach oben.

Katastrophe, ansonsten macht die Maschine guten Kaffee

Moin, habe mit meiner Prima Donna Soul ECAM 610.75 Verbindungsprobleme. Einbinden in das Netzwerk war kein Problem. Mit dem iPhone 13 keine Verbindung bekommen. Es wird in der App nach der Maschine gesucht, sie wird aber nicht gefunden. App neu installieren hat nichts gebracht. Mit dem iPad hat es dann funktioniert. Aber es geht nicht immer und die App ist sehr langsam. Mit dem iPhone immer nochmal probiert, aber die Maschine wurde nicht einmal gefunden. Bin ernsthaft am Überlegen die Maschine, mit der ich sonst sehr zufrieden bin, zurückzugeben. Viele Grüße an die geplagten DeLonghi Besitzer.
