App is painfully slow
The new app is too slow. It takes a long time to find the machine every time the app is opened. Then connecting to the machine is so so slow. After that switching different users on the machine takes forever. I usually give up using the app at this point.
These are easy to fix issues. They spoil the otherwise delightful experience of amazing coffees and cappuccinos which the machine produces so well. Please fix the app issues soon.
Turned Crappy after update
After app was updated on 13 Sep, no longer connects or detect my Dinamic Plus coffee machine.
Unable to use the app
After install the app, I am unable to use.
Sometime it is unable to detect my machine.
Furthermore, I cannot go in to customise my coffee as it did not ask for the pin code.
It is always unable to go to the for me to key the pin. Please help to resolve this issue
