Takes long to login
The need to select region/country every time when you login delays login. My suggestion would be to alllow a user to login and ask them once to select their region/country, store that in the profile and never ask them again when they login.

Can’t connect after update
After latest app update, I can’t connect Bluetooth to my machine

App worked flawlessly for two days before all the rubbish started. Delonghi, don't make an app-driven product unless the app the machine is dependent on is bullet proof. I've had to reinstall the app three times in two weeks to get it to work. Communication issues of the app connecting to the machine, with both devices having full signal strength in Wi-Fi. Get your act together, Delonghi.
Edit:
New app updated in September 2022 looks great, except you idiot developers have locked me out of my top of the line Primadonna Soul. While the old app was rubbish, it connected, sometimes. Now the new app doesn't recognize my machine. Well done you blithering idiots!
Stopped connecting
After the latest update the Bluetooth connectivity is not working. Cannot link my machine anymore. Used to be fine.
Password Reset
Upgraded and was logged out of my account. Unable to log in again. When doing password reset, I receive an email with a link. When I click the link, I’m routed to the DeLonghi SA website. No option to reset password. No support from the links in the app. Unable to now use most of the functionality provided by the app Extremely poor !
App is full of bugs
When you go into settings you can’t get out after choosing an item. E.g Machine settings > show time.

App not connecting
This app was working fine until a few months ago. I suspect since upgrading to iOS14 (as a previous user noted). I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and still my machine cannot be discovered. I have bought new cups and need to update the machine profiles. Please assist.
