Hopeless

Open the app. It connects to the machine then hangs on a screen saying it’s ready. But ready for nothing g as it sticks on the screen.

It need make over!

This app is not only ugly but useless. You guys have beautiful coffee machines, at least have a nice app. This app is slow, ugly and it doesn’t even work. What is the point of this app, it needs huge make over!

Absolutely dire

If I could give this 0 stars then I would. STOP logging me out. I have to keep resetting password and logging back in on an almost weekly basis. Absolutely no need. The password requirements are way over the top as well. Slow to connect to machine. When it works it’s good but far too many issues.

Not great

The app keeps dropping and stalling. More bug fixing is needed, great when working but needs more work.

De’Longhi takes my money but can’t provide the services

Absolutely rubbish app. Bought 1st Primadonna Soul and it would not connect to any of our phones. I tried all the troubleshooting that your customer services suggested and it would not connect. I see other reviews suggest the same. I have all the latest updates/software and you can’t invest in good app services. Replaced it for a second same model machine and you can’t have two people on their own apps with their own profiles (using separate times) as the connection gets confused and then disconnects the other person and won’t let them connect again- I do get that you can’t use it at the same time as it can only make one coffee at a time, we didn’t use it at the same time. Really bad app tech, De’Longhi. We will be having a refund soon and going with Siemens. It’s a shame as the coffee is really nice when you get it to work.

Bean Adapt can’t be used

Bean Adapt can’t be used - one of the main reasons you would by the PrimaDonna Soul! The only thing the app is good for now is turning the machine on. Once this is done you can’t use the app at all because a blue screen with the writing ‘Your PrinaDonna Soul machine is ready’ takes up the whole screen and can not be removed. I have restarted the app only to have to go through the same process with the same result every time. Atrocious!

Full potential out of your machine

Others have written that it can be slow, and yes it can be a little slow. But if you want a coffee fast then just make it from the machine. I have had my primadonna machine for years, and only just started to explore the app. It can be used to make coffee from your phone, but there is so much more that you can do if you machine allows it. Full of great recipe ideas for you to try but what really sets it apart is that you program your own coffee recipes and save it to the machine. You will never find Spanish or French style coffee on an Italian machine, but I like Cortado coffee. I programmed the recipe in the app and saved it to my machine. I can now have my favourite Spanish coffee from a single touch of button.

Slow to communicate with the machine on those occasions when it actually does. Bean adjust function is really poor.

When it doesn’t work it is horrible

Often stuck on “Your machine is ready” screen - no ability to use the app even after closing and reopening and even after phone rebooting

Sack the App Developers

Wasted 2 hours trying to use this app given the reputation and cost of the coffee machine it’s a disgrace the company have not sorted this out. It’s obviously not taken seriously just look at all the reviews great Coffee appalling app.
