Unübersichtlich

Eher unübersichtlich App. Die DB hält es offensichtlich nicht für nötig eine Telefonnummer zwecks Kontaktaufnahme einzustellen?

Zuverlässig und schnell

Verbesserungen gehen immer, aber im Grossen und ganzen jetzt eine App, die ich häufig und gerne nutze

Außerordentlich zu Frieden

Unübersichtlicht

Ich brauche das app für gelegentliche inladüberweisungen. Ich finde es unübersichtlich und oft verwirrend. Das Foto Tan Verfahren gibt mir immer wieder Fehlermeldungen, weil ich am falschen ort klicke. Oberdoff finde ich, dass man „Überweisungen“ nicht übers Menü erreicht, sodern raten muss, dass man auf der Seite weiter runter scrollen muss

Gut

Die virtuelle Bereitstellung einer Kreditkarte mit Apple Pay klappt hervorragend und ist super einfach. Der Onboardingprozess für die mutmasslich native App klappt und ist durchdacht, reicht aber nicht ganz an grosse Weltklasse-Banking—Apps heran. Die separate photoTAN App ist gewöhnungsbedürfig und ein Laie versteht spätestens bei der doppelten Kopplung von PC und Handy den Schritt nicht mehr unbedingt, was er da tut. Ich WEISS, dass das auch einfacher geht! :-)

Leider ist die App nur für das iPhone optimiert. Ich nutze das iPad viel lieber für Bankgeschäfte als das iPhone. Bitte nachreichen.
