Access Failure

I am having issue with online banking to transfer money. It is giving error of TAN even I haven’t reached to that part. I contacted Kundenservice, I was told to close and open again the app. Really? The old version was much smoother! Hoping for sooner bug fixes!

Photo Tan does not work for me

I have online Banking in the US and Great Britain. I never have any problems. I spend 2 days on the phone to get help. When i am part to the explanation nothing happens and I am disconnect4ed. Th videos have not been helpful

I’m not sure why the app switches to the German language - due to contractual reasons. If there is ONE bank in a Germany which is supposed to operate globally, then this is Deutsche Bank, no?! So I am more than confused why the Deutsche Bank online banking platform is not made for the international user, and offers the option to communicate in English?!? Best regards, Sabine Dworak. Currently in NYC, USA.

Slow German Banking

This app makes you launch a second app to verify all transfers. You also need to scan a physical piece of paper to log in…and you need that same piece of paper if you get a new phone. Last century technology.
