Mobile app security system is too complicated
The security system of the mobile Deutsche bank app is unnervingly complicated.
Why does it need two apps?
Why does it need a photo tan ? The previous tan pins were not great, but at least they did always work!!!
Why is it not possible to have an app that allows to use one long very secure password and a txt notification onto any mobile phone in the world. Other banks in other countries have way simpler mobile app security system. For example voice recognition. You could have a talk to for example ANZ Australia/New Zealand or BNZ Australia/New Zealand they are much more customer friendly.
P.S:
These feedback system asks for a nickname. And it claims that the nicknames I have tried are already taken. So I guess it is this nickname : kundenschikane2023

Worst banking app ever
I really dislike this app; it is not user friendly whatsoever and not compatible / iPad friendly (it’s not filling out the entire display space nor can you turn the screen).
I mean, why is there a video on YouTube explaining how to do a bank transfer with your banking app - shouldn’t this be intuitive? I am banking with other banks and using other banking apps too which are all way more user friendly. It’s seems like the Deutsche Bank wanted to create an über-fancy app but failed in doing so. I also find the photo tan procedure overly complicated and not user friendly at all. Just the set up process is a nightmare and you still need a sheet of paper to set this up!!! Come on DB #21stCentury

Die alte Deutsche Bank App gab ja für Apple Watch und die neue immer noch nicht da, oder seid ihr einfach zu doof! Nur Apple Pay habt ihr geschafft und da bin ich Stolz daurauf, aber trotz bekommt ihr 1 Sterne wegen keine Unterstützung mit Apple Watch.
Anmeldedaten gehen verloren
Seit ein paar Wochen kommt es immer wieder vor das die Anmeldedaten verloren gehen. Man muss dann immer wieder alles neu eingeben
Bitte um Änderung.
Absturz
Die neuste Version stürzt direkt nach dem Öffnen ab. IOS 17.1.1. IPhone 13 Pro Max.
Ich kann seit 13.11.23 dies App nicht mehr benutzen, unglaublich. Bitte schnellstmöglich fixen.

Seit dem Update erscheint während des Login ein Bildschirm, auf dem nur Ausprobieren geklickt werden kann. Nach dem „Demo beenden“ wieder das gleiche. Ich kann nicht mehr auf mein Online Banking zugreifen. Bitte schnellstens reparieren.
