A must have for cycling enthusiasts
Derek and the team are awesome! Having a plan that is created for cyclists and not just a generic “strong man” training plan is amazing!
I’ve just started a 4 MONTH plan for the offseason. I no longer need to think about planning a workout or wondering around the gym looking for available leg machines.
I don’t know what I’d be doing without it! (Probably squats and deadlifts 5 times per week)
Great strength training programs for cyclists
Finally found a strength training program that compliments my cycling! I’ve really enjoyed the Road Program. It’s been great to have a focus again for the gym work as my routine was stale and taking too much out of my legs! These programs are optimised for the work we already do on the bike. I’ve been introduced to quite a few new exercises and already feeling the benefits on and off the bike. Plenty of options to choose from depending on your discipline, experience or access to equipment. Highly recommended.

The workouts are the best around for cyclists of all levels and so important and the ease of now accessing them through an app is awesome.
