Am new to dib i opened my account online using app now its how many days i didn’t receive my debit card and no calls from bank too yet i try to call helpline its also useless too i tried the live chat option guess what the same its always showing that ita busy and they will connect and it never happens i waited like 45 mints i dnot know what type of services they r providing really disappointed
They need to change their whole bank system app really terrible
The bank charges for minimum balance maintenance is not an acceptable option. We are not earning much high salary to pay every month charges and to keep balance of AED 3k.
Very bad customer care help is dib.
I was trying to connect with DIB to clarify something about my credit card. And there was no option to talk to a customer care agent. I waited and was in line for almost 30 mins. All my phone balance finished and I had to leave from the line without talking to a customer service representative.
Worst Customer service and application
it’s too basic. Apps function like express transfer and redeeming rewards (salik) not working!
Every time I sign In they ask me about the security question. And when I right the correct answer to them they lock me out because it’s incorrect answer???
