Scam or Robbery Bank
If you’re thinking to open DIB account please read my honest review carefully. I’ve been using DIB for a long time and on 19th July 2024 I came to know that DIB is a scam and deducted money from a lot of customers for no reason, for me they deducted 400 AED which has already deducted on 13th June 2024.
## انتقاد بنك دبي الإسلامي: خدمات ضعيفة وأداء غير مرضي
بنك دبي الإسلامي يواجه انتقادات متزايدة بسبب تدني مستوى خدماته وضعف أدائه العام. يعاني العملاء من تأخيرات طويلة في معالجة الطلبات، سواء كانت فتح حسابات جديدة أو التعامل مع الاستفسارات المالية. البنية التحتية التقنية للبنك تبدو قديمة وغير متوافقة مع الاحتياجات الحديثة، مما يزيد من تعقيد العمليات البنكية اليومية. كما أن خدمة العملاء تعاني من نقص في الاحترافية والكفاءة، حيث يشتكي العديد من العملاء من عدم تلقيهم الاستجابات اللازمة لمشاكلهم. هذا النقص في الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة يجعل بنك دبي الإسلامي يبدو غير قادر على تلبية توقعات عملائه أو مواكبة المنافسة في السوق المصرفية الحديثة. من الضروري أن يقوم بنك دبي الإسلامي بإعادة تقييم استراتيجياته وتحسين خدماته لتلبية احتياجات عملائه بشكل أفضل. تحسين البنية التحتية التقنية وتدريب موظفي خدمة العملاء على تقديم خدمات أكثر فعالية يمكن أن يكون بداية جيدة نحو استعادة ثقة العملاء وتحقيق رضاهم.

Slow Money Transfers
DIB to DIB its very slow transfer. I waited for more then 1 hour 30 minutes and still not yet transferred. I prefer not to trust in emergency.
Credit card block
Walah not good customer service so many times I contact them to unblock my card but nothing at all even just to contact customer service is too much drama even one star it’s more for them
Bad experience
When you need it most, the app starts running maintenance and hence you can’t make emergency transfers
Very poor banking service
I’m using credit card and when I am trying to register on app it’s not working When I’m calling landline I cannot contact anyone it’s saying my card is blocked Very backward banking services
Dib mobile banking app not working
Fist ask us to upgrade the version and then the app not working and my up is up to date
Update
It says the application needs an update but there is no update for it
