I feel bad for all of us who have an account at the bank due to which we have to download and rely on this app. It always fails me at the most crucial moments, the customer service isn’t bad so there’s always someone who is happy to hear how disappointing your experience was. Goodluck to us.
this application is not working at all does not generates my OTP for bank account opening
now emirates id is changed photo of id moved right to left and in application scanner still showing for old type of id plz solve this issue
I mentioned u guys before also that after all users name passwords secrets questions it automatically closes but no reply
The Touch ID for login is external poor. Plus the app lags a lot sudden. Appreciate if it’ll be fixed as this issue is the same even after updates.

It’s very difficult to scan documents.
And don’t give the better service.so costly from other banks in pakistan.
