I cannot change my transaction limit! I want to increase and transfer money but i cant! I called the costumer service its not helpful at all! My credit balance to call was finish but i didnt get answer!

I made a transaction online using my dib account and deducted already from my account, but the merchant called me saying that it didn't go thru to them. When i called dib they told me the payment was blocked and will revert the money to my account after 15days, like how do they collect so fast and revert the money after 15 days. And this virtual assistance takes you forever before a real human will answer you. This is very very annoying.
really mess up, so many procedure we wanna get renew account but u are getting worst soon i'm gonna change account thanks
Take long time to transfer to other account even small amount of money specially on holidays and night time.
I already have my dib app but everytime when i want to log in the balance not showing, i need to uninstalled and install again to my money balance over and over again. What should I do?
I gave my eid, signature and passport. Was making an account for my salary. Gave all the details then ask me to make a username and password. And so i did. Then i t will prompt you to login using the username and password you created. But then when i tried it. USERNAME AND PASSWORD IS INCORRECT. How come i have a screenshot of my passpwprd and username. So what will happen to my info? Like eid and signature and passport now?
I am trying to creat my savings account but when I will take a selfie, the App will automatically exit. Please help. Thanks
The option for uploading the updated passport is not working in the mobile app neither on the web at dib.ae I hope this could be fixed the soonest for customers convenience.Thank you🙏🏼
Hi, I am sending money through Al Ansari Exchange mobile App, when the transaction is redirecting me to my DIB account then when iam trying log in my account, suddenly the apps keep on responding ..”your session has been terminated since your IP address is changed frequently. Kindly try to login with different device/browser.” Can you helpe to resolve this problem
It's very useful and convenient especially that Im out in the country, it's a big help that still I can access and know how much still I have in my account, thanks! DIB developer 👍🏻
