Discovery Card:  View your transactions and balances, spend your Discovery Miles in store and more.

Discovery Insure:  Request emergency assistance, submit a claim, track your Vitalitydrive points and Active Rewards and more.

Discovery Life:  View your policy information including financial adviser details.

Discovery Invest:  View your portfolio (including fund balances) and request to have a document emailed to you.

Members on the following medical schemes will also have access to their scheme information: MMED, Naspers, LA Health, Tsogo, TFG, Quantum, Anglovaal, Retail Medical Scheme, UKZN, BMW, Malcor, Wits  & SAB .
User notes: 
The application is available for anyone to download, but you have to be a Discovery member with at least one active Discovery product and must register on the Discovery website (www.discovery.co.za) before you can log in on the Discovery app. You will use the same username and password for the app as for the Discovery website.  

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This App reads / writes data from Apple’s Health App with your permission. Earn Vitality points for your workouts from the Health App.

App feedback

Despite the constant updates this app performs poorly. In recent times it delinked my device (Apple Watch) and subsequently lost data for that week. Have to manually update my exercise as it doesn’t appear to sync automatically anymore. Also crashes on a relatively regular basis. Fyi I’m using an iPhone 16pro

Terrible App

Nothing works

Update desperately needed

Do you do any sort of bug testing? App needs some serious work. Doesn’t update workouts until open and resubmit permissions form every single time!!!

Worst app out there

Nothing works. Can’t find anything. Dysfunctional. You can’t even call the user interface, a user interface. Full of bugs. Shocking. Only reason I am giving a 1 star, is because I could not go to zero. Do better.

Continuous crashes

Cannot access the Points events. Constantly says “Unable to Load”. Also very slow to reflect workouts/steps despite manual syncing. Have reinstalled 3 times in the last week.

Takes ages to load

Vitality takes ages to load and points don’t update for days! Why don’t you test properly before you make updates available?!

Not 100%

Some workouts are still not loading and especially the cycling ones if they are of a longer duration.

Discovery app won’t allow older version to download

App stopped working. My iPhone only supports up till iOS 13 and have used the app until now with no problems. Now it says I need to update the app version. When I go to update it says I need iOS 14 or I must download an older version( which I have already) . Once you click option to download older version, it just keeps reappearing and nothing happens?? Tried to delete a numerous times and download again with no luck. PLEASE HELP ??
