The always wants to run real time updates when one wants to quickly transact. Each time I log in it first runs real time updates, this is annoying and such an inconvenience

The rewards is good for the first 3 months, thereafter they increase the level you should spend before getting rewards. The future they say? It doesn’t even allow integration with a AI accounting package. The interest rate receivable is lower than a specific bank’s interest in general. If you achieve full points on their vitality rewards you are about level and sometimes still below the interest rate receivable. Furthermore I was charged interest one month on my credit card even though I paid the full statement amount before end of the month. The budget feature was good though but really not the future of banking.

App freezes when trying to upload or delete uploaded documents

Please put a little close button or something on the notification permission view, I really don’t want to turn on my notifications and every time I sign into the app it pops up, takes me to my settings then I have to go back to the app and it’s just really getting annoying now

Dont see the scratch and dent option

Every time I logged into the app I have to either accept the notification enablement pop up or close my app to bypass it. Surely I should be able to ignore this?

I keep getting “network errors” when logging in. Yes I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app over 5 x now. It’s so annoying

I’ve been trying to get assistance with the server error issue for almost 2 months but no one has been able to assist. I’ve even tried with a different phone but getting the same error. I can’t complete the opening my bank account.

I like Discovery Bank and have been a happy client since the beginning. I never had to complain about anything. I keep my app current and ensure that I run the latest OS software. Please add a debit order management option. Update: Please allow the option to pin the navigation menu. It isn't easy to click the back arrow every time to move to a new screen or main menu **7 Nov. 2024: Update** Please add all travel features to the app. We always carry our phones, so it's much easier to search, book, and pay for travel arrangements on the app rather than using an iPad or laptop, could you, therefore include accommodation and car hire booking options? The website doesn't work properly on the iPhone browser, making it inconvenient to use. Thank you!
