In unserem neuen Banking gibst du Überweisungen und andere Aufträge einfach und bequem mit der DKB-App frei.

SO GEHT TAN2go


öffne ib.dkb.de/banking

gib deinen Anmeldenamen und das Passwort ein

gehe zur TAN2go-Verwaltung

gehe zu dem verknüpften Gerät und wähle dort „Gerät wechseln“

wähle im nächsten Schritt „Neu verknüpfen per Brief“

du erhältst in den nächsten Tagen einen Registrierungsbrief per Post



Sobald du den Registrierungsbrief erhalten hast, richte dein Gerät ein.

Die TAN2go-App ist nicht lauffähig, wenn



• Du einen Jailbreak durchgeführt hast:



Bitte beachte, dass das TAN2go-Verfahren nicht für Endgeräte mit Jailbreak angeboten wird, da die hohen Sicherheitsstandards beim mobilen Banking in diesem Fall nicht gewährleistet werden können. Beheben kannst du den Jailbreak mittels der Wiederherstellungsfunktion in iTunes.





• Du einen Screenreader auf deinem Gerät installiert hast:



Ist auf deinem mobilen Endgerät ein Screenreader installiert, können eventuell angeforderte TAN ausgelesen und zu deinen Ungunsten genutzt werden. Aus diesem Grund ist die Verwendung der App nicht möglich. Um die TAN2go-App nutzen zu können, deinstalliere den Screenreader.





• Du eine iOS-Beta-Version nutzt.



Für eine voll umfängliche Funktion der TAN2go-App nutze bitte keine iOS Beta-Versionen.

Click here, do this, follow that link blablabla - then it crashes. Super unreliable, extremely confusing website. Only worth the trouble because of good banking conditions. As soon as a competitor offers these conditions - cya guys!

Rebuild your app, it’s useless!

Edit Dec 2022: you guys should go out of business, it’s unbelievable you get away with this rubbish in 2022. The worst! No support I’m one of the many customers with issues caused by this rubbish app but you keep ignoring us. We are unable to get back into our banking and can’t access money because your app doesn’t work. Yes, I have looked at your useless website for support and yes, I have called your rude and useless so called “customer service”. All I was told is that I have to write, print and sign a letter to ask for another code to activate the non-functional app. The app was deactivated by your useless support clowns and now I have to write a letter because you’ve not moved on from previous century and don’t accept emails. Your app is useless, you should either buy a new one or redevelop it from scratch. IT DOES NOT WORK but you do not care! I have 6 different bank accounts all over the world and none of them is causing issues like this one. This is ridiculous!

After waiting for 3 different letters to activate my account, the app registration came last. Following all steps- and no, getting my banking code didn’t work, no connection , call the bank message.

If you are a user of internet banking, stay away from this institution. As it’s the worst online banking experience. What a hassle ! Absolutely not worth , time consuming , go and check out the competition.

The most complicated and time wasting banking app I have come across

Extremely bad customer experience with app that freezes all the time, doesn’t take your Face ID when you click the button. Then you can’t login and have to change password and reconnect the app on your phone. Dkb always sends out letter with a new access code which takes up to a week. And it goes around in circles….no customer service here. Choose another Bank!

I can only agree to the other reviews. This app is horrible! I get repeatedly kicked out of the app and have to register again. Registering is a process from 2001 where you have to call the customer service and they send a letter. Everything takes days maybe weeks. This is unacceptable these days. Definitely recommend other banks.

Worst online banking app I have ever come across

Since the tan to go app was introduced, banking got ridiculously difficult. Customer service takes days to reply to emails and all is very complicated and unreliable. I got blocked from he app multiple times for no reason and it took weeks, before access was reinstalled. I will be leaving this bank - it’s just too hard and I don’t have the time and nerves dealing with them.
