¿Es una estafa o un error?

Compré la licencia de por vida, el cargo está hecho, el recibo de Apple está hecho y en la app por más que ingreso con mi cuenta, salgo, vuelvo a entrar y restauro las compras no me reconoce mi compra… me pide que vuelva a comprarla, todo está actualizado. ¿Qué está pasando?

Debería haber la opción de reembolso

No la compren, es una estafa, tienes que pasarla comprando bundles

buena idea pero…

está muy padre la idea pero debería dejar poner por lo menos 5 cosas,solo deja 3 y si quieres poner más tienes que comprar el PLUS

Dice ”Gratis un año” pero no te deja cancelar el paquete

NO QUIERO CONTINUAR CON LA APLICACIÓN. La use una semana, no soy buena para usarla pero recordé que al año te cobra y he buscado por todos lados como cancelar el “paquete premium” en mi AppStore no me aparece pero en la aplicación si dice que tengo el paquete. Asumo que solo está esperando a que se cumpla el año para cobrar pero NO QUIERO ESTA APP, nisiquiera dice cuanto planea cobrar. Leo en reseñas que como 2400. NO QUIERO ESTA APP. Ayuda, quiero cancelar y eliminar mi cuenta!!

I can’t use it!!!

I payed for lifetime (it was on sale) but every time I try to use the app I can’t because in order to use it I need to pay for the growth bundle and I DON’T WANT TO!

Subscription inútil

Solía usar esta app cuando era de solo pago único, pero ahora me quieren cobrar mensualmente. ¡Que estafa!

FRAUDE!!!

La app pasó de ser de pago único a una app de suscripción. Sí llegaste a pagarla no te respetan ese pago y ahora debes suscribirte. SIMPLEMENTE UN FRAUDE.

Monthly goals

The monthly option really helped me keep track of my contact lenses use and the yearly one was amazing for my weight loss journey. Having to add them on a weekly basis is now annoying. I wish we could get the options back.

En mi opinión es injusto que como máximo me dejen poner solo 3 tareas y luego me quieran cobrar para más. Espero que dejen poner más opciones para tareas.
