Asking me to pay AGAIN even after I've already paid for the lifetime plan
I've paid for the lifetime subscription but now when I open the app I cannot create more habits and it's asking me to pay again (I tried updating purchases but nothing works).
I've tried contacting the developers many times and got 0 response.
Poor customer support for customers.
Great app for the price but needs improvement
App design is on point, sounds are very rewarding, I also like the simplicity and color scheme but there are also improvements that I think will benefit everyone:
1. I wish I was able to complete my tasks from the widget much like Apple Reminders app based on time.
2. Widget also shows the tasks I completed which is in my opinion useless.
3. Notifications need work, I get notifications about my morning tasks that I haven’t done in the evening while my evening tasks are still due.
4. My untracked habits are showing on unscheduled days for some reason. I wish it wouldn’t show.
It might be just me but I think if app focuses on time based habit shaping it would be much more effective.
A gift of annoyance
After purchasing the version I needed, the app continually promotes in-app purchases. There's a countdown clock claiming I have 15 hours to buy at a special price, but even after the clock expires, the promotion reappears endlessly. It's very annoying to be constantly targeted with this ad.
Choose an another habit tracker app, this ain’t it
I am extremely disappointed with the Done app. After returning to use the app that I purchased a few years ago for $12.99, I was shocked to find that I am now restricted to only 3 habits unless I pay an additional $24.99 for lifetime access. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, considering I had already bought the app under different terms. It's even more unacceptable that, after contacting support for an explanation, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of customer service is totally unacceptable. Given this experience, who’s to say they won’t remove features from the current lifetime purchase in the future? I would advise avoiding this app and the developers. There are so many better alternatives that respect their customers and maintain consistent pricing policies.

Unresponsive developper
The app has always been good to me.
Sometimes last year the app started getting buggy.
I assume it’s because I don’t have a subscription because I bought the legacy app 4-5 years ago.
I wrote several times to the developer trying to get some answers. I am more than willing to pay again, for the same app, if it can solve the buggy issues.
Would love a reply.

I paid for the lifetime premium membership and never got it. The pop-up constantly reappears asking for me to buy the membership again

I need customer support to get access to the lifetime offer I paid for. I like the app. Aesthetically pleasing. Easy to use. Motivating. But I need help : I am stuck with the free features only. I paid and I want to get access to all features. I want to add an habit and I am limited.
I would put
5 stars for the qualities of the app
Down to 4 stars because of bugs (regularly need to restore purchase cause the app turn into free access mode)

Don’t buy this app!
I have been trying for three months to contact the support team to help me with my subscription. I want to continue with the app but need some help and I can’t get it. Will need to switch to another habit tracker app because of the lack of support.
Fix your purchase restore button and the pop-up!
The pop-up to get you to upgrade happens twice every time I open the app and is driving me crazy.
I also can't create more than 2 habits right now because even though I have previously upgraded to premium, the "restore purchases" button isn't working.
This WAS a pretty good app for tracking habits, but these 2 things really need to be fixed. It looks like lots of other people have been complaining about the same things in the reviews for a while now.
