I purchased the lifetime upgrade a few years back. Now I can’t access the apps in their upgraded form. I emailed support asking for help 5 months ago (5!) and haven’t heard back. No reimbursement for my lifetime upgrade, no contact from the company, nothing.

This app is designed to get you in the door for $29, and continue to pester you "EACH TIME YOU OPEN THE APP" to purchase the bundle for $100s of dollars. Best thing you can do, is buy a different app from a different developer. These guys are the owners. Jakob Brøgger-Mikkelsen & Daniel Vestergaard.

I’ve been using this myself for nearly a year now and it helps me greatly with my daily routine. I have a very poor working memory and have trouble putting things in order. This does the hard work for me and I can feel much more in control 👌🏻 Highly recommend for kids too. Since I’ve been having trouble getting my 5yr old organised and staying on task to be ready for school in the mornings, I’ve put a list just for her onto the iPad. 1 month in and ITS A LIFE SAVER 🙌🏻. She now finally has the motivation and the visual aid to focus on getting ready and its still working so well! Before I had tried a laminated list of pictures stuck on the wall for her to cross off with a whiteboard marker each day but it never lasted. The bright colours and the little sounds in this app are absolutely perfect for that satisfaction of ticking off a task. It’s simple and perfect 😍

I don't even mind paying for more than 3 habits, if I think it'll be useful. I think it's reasonable to allow a trial before purchase. I have concerns over the lack of transparency of prices and plans though. It's offering me a time-limited "lifetime" purchase, but there is no way that I can find to see what my other subscription options are - that makes me very wary. If the one-time offer is so good, why not let me see how good it is by showing me the alternatives? I'm unwilling to pay given how many other people in the reviews have had issues with no response or resolution Also, any data you enter - including reflections and free text - become the property of the developer.

Found the free version so good I paid $30AUD for premium. Still only get basic functionality. Tried uninstal, reinstall, log in and out etc but no joy. Emails to devs have been ignored. Don’t know how to get the app working or my money back. Wished it just worked. I am happy to pay for good apps and am delighted to pay a bigger sum for lifetime access and no subscription. This is just taking the pi$$.

I paid for the full version of this app years ago now they’ve taken what I paid for away and are trying to sell it back to me. I hate subscription models, especially for apps that are stupid simple and haven’t improved but only gotten worse over the years. Emailing customer support does nothing.

Thought I’d found the perfect app, paid for premium lifetime subscription but it was never activated in the app. I can only use the basic features, which aren’t sustainable for long-term habit setting. And I get inundated by pop-ups every time I try to use the app, advertising the premium service I’ve already purchased. Reached out to them but never got a response. Others complain of the same issue in recent years. DON’T waste your money on this app, you won’t get what you pay for.

What was once a fantastic app that I used regularly has gone completely down hill. I purchased the upgrade so I could have unlimited habits and it never worked. The money was taken out of my account but I’m still not able to add more than 3 habits. So so so disappointed. At one stage, was by far the best habits app but those days are sadly long gone. Still waiting for my refund. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I used to love this app and bought a ‘lifetime’ premium upgrade because I loved it so much. Now I’ve lost that upgrade and the app is constantly asking for me to purchase another one. Really terrible way to treat customers.

I paid for the premium version, but it DID NOT WORK! Kept asking me if I wanted to upgrade even though I already did! Emailed support and still haven’t heard back, its been over a month
