I already purchased the upgrade and now it’s no longer showing when I select restore purchases.

They show a special offer price of £9.99 for the year and bill it for £51.99 deceptive and Fraudulent Tactics used! Lost total confidence in this app.

Great app but the premium pop up happens ALL THE TIME. I already know about the premium plan I don't need to be reminded of it every time I go into the app.

Paid for full access and cannot access any of the features of the full version. Wrote an email to customer service to no avail. Rip off

I paid for the lifetime membership a week ago - app still has as a non paying customer. Email support and no response. Not impressed - will claim for money back via PayPal!

Bought the lifetime subscription but doesn’t seem to apply and keeps nagging me to buy the same subscription

£19.99 is too much for this simple of an app, you can get entire RPG games for the same price. You can get ChatGPT plus for the same price and it will probably make you the same app for free? So why should I pay £19.99? Not to mention the promo ad pops up EVERY time you open the app… I think the price needs to update with the times, this isn’t worth that much.

I paid for lifetime access for the done app, it worked for a week and then asked for payment again. I reached out to the developers as I’ve already paid but I have been ignored over 5 times now. Poor experience would recommend using another app at this point don’t waste your money.

I paid for the full lifetime version of this app. When I got a new phone I reinstalled it and since then it is continuously pestering me with a splash screen promotion for a bundle. When dismissed the banner becomes a horizontal and anchored at the bottom of the screen which should presumably disappear after 15 hours but stays forever. I email support multiple times and nobody cares. Stop paying for this once amazing app because the Devs have clearly abandoned it.

It’s a nice app but it has basically become an aggressive advertising platform for their other apps. Even after paying, I am still faced with constant “gifts” (trying to sell me other products at random price points). If someone from the company is reading this: your app has the potential to do so much good. It really helped me before you started so aggressively trying to make people buy more and more every time they open the app. I am trying to improve my life and it makes the process way less enjoyable and calm. I have paid for the app. I shouldn’t have to deal with a sales pitch every time I open it. You won’t get huge numbers of people using the app if you continue to be, so, with all due respect, greedy. Please consider changing and letting people just enjoy the app they paid for.
