I’ve used it twice now on horribly turbulent flights. I’m not a good flyer and used to take Ativan. Now I just listen to your Don’t Panic App. It’s a life saver. Thank you!

Very helpful with anxiety and falling asleep.

I love this app. I was hesitant when my wife recommended it but it works quite well. I mainly use it to slow my brain down (ADD/Autism) so I can sleep. I think I’ve only made it to the end of the sleep induction once without passing out, and that was a combination of my ADD meds and caffeine. Even in the morning if I’m super tired I’ll use the waking induction if I have time to zen out for half an hour before getting up feeling much more rested.

I've been using this App for a few days, and am finding it helpful for my anxiety already. I would prefer, though, to be able to adjust the session length. Also, I find I can't use the 'Awaken' feature (even delayed), as it has a 'harshness' that re-triggers my anxiety. A more gentle 'awaken' option would be nice on future updates or new Apps.

Andrew's calm voice and nonjudgmental advice is extremely helpful. I have the stress relief app as well, and that is a great addition to this one. It's definitely money well spent. Panic is a difficult thing to deal with, but he makes it something that can be overcome. thank you for such a great product.

This has been what ive been searching for a sense if relaxation a sense of feeling normal and giving me inspiration that this can be beat slot easier then many think it's all about breathing

I listen to it every night. Really helps when you have trouble sleeping. I also love "deep sleep" and "stress free" (this one really works for me). This app is well worth 3$!
