DoorDash Reviews

Sends me out the city

KingTutMajor on

United States

I like DoorDash but when it comes to 20 minute drives to another city with low pay is crazy work! Can you all fix this issue please! Customer service is no help.

Deafening with no way to change volume

Hannahwantstowatchrick on

United States

This has been a problem for a while but is worse now. I’ve looked in iPhone settings and app settings and there’s no way to silence the dasher notification or turn down the volume. If I have headphones in it literally hurts and in general is very aggravating. Please please please fix this

Horrible

Robm0149 on

United States

This app is garbage. DoorDash purposely blocks you from any orders, it’s been 4 hours and i haven’t received one single order. Uber eats on the other hand consistently gives me offers and pays much better

Payout method

Hoekage.mami on

United States

While i enjoy being able to make money when i need. Doordashes new “crimson” card is god awful. Dasher direct was better because i had the choice of pulling out money from an ATM when needed. Crismon does NOT authorize that. I cant access my money without waiting 3-5 business days. Please fix that!

Customer’s drop off reminder pop-up error

Mr.Rapā on

United States

In the app while working, I will close out the GPS map a pop-up shows as a reminder for condiments and drinks outside of the bag before you drop off when this pops up I have an iPhone 7 SE that I’m using that pop-up screen will not let me close it out It has a continue button. I can put my finger on it and pull it up but when I let go, it springs back down because it’s not a scroll pop-up. It’s just a button to continue to close out the pop-up up and then I have to get my tablet which is using a beta app. It is a galaxy 7 tab I will open it up and have to start the drop off app with the galaxy tablet and close it out with that. Hope you guys catch this. Maybe somebody might be able to fix it. Great app updates. Cured all the bugs I think for the most part.

Dashing

It never let’s me change my starting point

App frozen

Wazler on

United States

I was mid dash when the app froze up. Lost internet connection and finally failed to let me interact and missed several offers. Then dash was paused. I went through all the troubleshooting steps including uninstall and reinstall the app and restarting my phone. The app would open then get to a waiting for offers screen but I could not interact. This is frustrating. No way to kickstart the app. I’m about to be kicked out of my dash.

Back ground check for ever

My friend use my number to his account now I can’t do any account for me as they flagged me ! No one helping to resolve that issue

It lies so much

YoutubeKsowienjd on

United States

I don’t get any orders. My area says busy but when I put dash now, it gives me nothing for 30mins - hours. It makes me sick how they lie and waste my gas. I don’t get paid for waiting around but they count it as active hours. 👎
