Not good for a tourist
Every page of the website directs you to donwload the app, but as a tourist on a data only plan, you can’t receive the text.

I could register with my normal phone number easily using the drop down to find my country code but can’t change the app from Danish to English. The website says this can be done in settings but when I click on Sprog, I get a blank page without any options
Can’t get past the screen for send sms code. It never arrives! My other apps for travel in Norway work fine here in Australia…. Just not Copenhagen!
Works well. I was initially put off by the comment about needing a local number to register - you don’t. There isn’t a drop down box, you have to manually erase and type in your country code. Registered an Australian number and the app works well. Much better than trying to use machines at the platform. Only removed one star due to no Apple Pay - had to manually type in and save credit card details, Apple Pay would be a much smoother transaction.
This app is completely useless for tourists as you can only register with a Danish mobile number. Very annoyed that I will have to buy physical tickets from vending machines when in Copenhagen.
Min kæreste fik en bøde selv om hun havde købt billet. Hun havde ikke åbnet billetten efter hun havde betalt for den via MobilePay. Så den registrerede det først da hun åbnede den foran kontrolløren. DSB er ligeglade, det er en dårlig app, da billetten var betalt.
Det er da nemt og bekvemt at kunne købe og opbevare sin billet eller pendlerkort på telefonen. Men det virker bare som at DOT gør alt hvad de kan for at man ikke skal lykkes med det. Næsten hver gang jeg skal købe en billet eller forny mit pendlerkort så fejler appen af forskellige årsager. Ofte med en fejlkode man ikke bruge til noget og uden mulighed for at indmelde problemet eller søge om hjælp. Øv.
App har fej men det er ikke til at finde ud af hvordan man rapporterer dem. Burde være fejlrapportering i enhver seriøs app.
Har i flere uger ikke kunne købe en billet da der angiveligt er “”for lange svartider…….
Har ikke kunne bruge appen eller forny mit pendlerkort i snart 14 dage. Er skiftet til DSB’s app i stedet. 🤷🏻♂️
