App is great and however the website/app says so, it is not possible to change language as the page is blank under “sprog”. If that could be fixt it is superb!
So clanky app and not able to enter phone number. And no continue but ion. How could a whole Denmark use this basic and outdated app?
Is it possible to set the app to English?
Did not receive confirmation sms. Could not create an account. Also have a Dutch number(read this in a couple other reviews). The whole transport system relies on this app or cash(who still has that?). So that when the app does not work you end up stranded. Would have liked for there to be an option to pay by card as a means to check in.
Tried to register but cannot receive an SMS. Tried with and without a 0 before my Dutch number but didn't work. Seems I am not the only one with this problem. Support cannot help other than try when in Denmark.
Useless app. How can I buy a ticket if I can’t even add a payment card…
I can’t create an account. When I fill in my phone number I just get an error. I see other people with the same problem from months ago.
I downloaded DOT Tickets app on my iPhone (iOS15.1) successfully twice. But when I opened it it would not accept my Dutch phone number. I replaced the +45 with +31 and filled in the rest of my number. It recognised that this had to be 9 digits by activating the Continue button. When I pressed the button it returned: Error. Unknown error. Please try again. I rang +45 70 15 7000 but they had no solution. I see that another hopeful user had the same problem on 18 Nov. What is the answer? Must I try when I arrive in Denmark?
