App doesnt work when not connected to wi-fi. I thought it would be good for travelling but it doesnt work. You can only do some drawing outside of the house. Once connected to wifi there are activities what you can see. We found quite few activities not appropriate for kids age.
Tiny Tap is NOT free
I downloaded this app for my just-three grandson so I/ we haven’t used it yet. I’m in shock that you have debited £66.76 from my bank account and I want it back! Having checked your app info it says nowhere that I’d be charged, ‘ yes ‘ at the in-app purchases but I’d assume, as with hundreds of other apps I’ve used over the years this would be to stop adverts. You need to clearly state you charge a huge amount!
Dyslexic
I dl this for my LO as it said 2-3 but she can't understand it. So we haven't used it since the day I dl it. I'm Dyslexic myself, & read the yearly subscription as £4 something & have had a huge shock this evening when £40 something has actually came out of my account using up all my money until mid February. I have asked for a refund as it has just happened. I hope & prey that I get it as otherwise we will struggle.
Poor quality app.
Poor quality app. Freezes all the time and when I logged in from another device , it asks me to pay twice the amount that I have paid for my current subscription in my other phone! I cancelled my subscription today. Two stats because I believe the content is great but the app is terrible
Terrible App - do not waste your money
Absolutely terrible app - hardly works, when it does its full of glitches. Do not waste your money - I really wish I hadn’t

Expensive, quick to sign you up to a full subscription with little communication
We played a few of the games - they were ok but very Americanised. Definitely not worth the subscription fee. I intended to trial for free. Please note that at no point is it made clear what the trial period actually is - only 14 days. And then they claim the FULL subscription before the full period expires. When signing up you are not asked to select your preference for payment should you describe to subscribe. In the app itself there is no way to contact the company not is there a help function which most apps do. Deliberately difficult? Had to watch a YouTube video to find this out. To cancel your subscription check your profile etc - double check in the APP store, click on your profile and look at subscriptions here. It has not been a full 14 days and yet they are claiming £65 from my account. Who knows if I will get a reply or a refund. I am furious! Unless you have £65 to burn for a few games which you could get significantly less/for free elsewhere, I would advise avoiding this app. Lots more 1 star reviews with similar complaints.
Where is the trial, please refund!
I thought I was signing up for a 7 day trial I opened the app and the next thing I know have been charged. Where is the trial? I did not see a clear notification that this is not a trial but a download and therefore a purchase. I requested a refund and received a stock response. Dreadful. Please refund. Thank you.
Don’t bother!
Oh what a mistake to download this app! Not only I wanted just the trial, but also I got charged the annual fee despite the fact that I did cancel the subscription! The app is not worth the money, one of the activities asks you to touch the animal and it never recognise it, but tells you that you picked the wrong animal when you didn’t. We tried the colouring pages too, oh how frustrating even for an adult to get the colours to work, you can imagine the tantrums I’ve been going through with my 4yrs old. The app is an absolute no! I really want a refund, but knowing developers they wouldn’t even bother reading reviews
