Errors every time I try to book

Hello, I am deeply disappointed by this company, Dropless. They made me waiting half a day two times for a car repair job & called me a few hours later than the scheduled appointment and informed me that it was cancelled due to some unexpected reasons. I do not recommend them at all. If your day & time is important to you, make sure you don’t waste it with them.

Waited over a week for a body repair quote. Raised a ticket, they say they will respond within 24hrs…well this review is 3 days later with no response yet

I’ve been using dropless for as long as I can remember. I work in the automotive industry (vans direct) and recommend them to all of my customers in the areas they operate. We have Joel who covers our area (Cardiff) and our staff have their cars valeted on site every month. An amazing cost effective, time saving, eco friendly solution to your traditional car wash services. Having them come to site saves an incredible amount of downtime, highly recommended! Liam

Can’t even add my car before it crashes. What a complete development failure. You really should test your app before releasing it on the store. Wasted 30 minutes of my time with a reproducible bug.

The app is buggy and I can no longer use it to make a booking because it doesn’t fit on my iPhone 12 screen. What a shame.

Easy to use, has few perks with address and other stuff but not too bad.

Can’t book a slot as the app crashes when I try to pay with Apple Pay.

Booked a car valet and at first was really happy with how easy it was to organise - until they didn’t show up. I got a phone call to tell me they weren’t coming (at the time I was expecting them so didn’t have time to arrange someone else). They also said they’d tried to reach me previously - checked my phone and I’d received a text message 2 mins before the phone call. Have deleted the app and won’t be using again.

Have tried on various devices and with different emails. I never receive the activation email to even log in. Shame as I’d like to try the service - but not a good sign for an online business…
