I only have 1 device.everytime i try to log in it always ask to validate new device and need to enter all details and scan emirates id which is very frustrating. It won’t let me login. Fix it. I dont want to validate again and again. I am only using the app from 1 device only

This is the worst bank app I've seen It keeps logging out and every time I try to log in the app asks for all the information from the beginning and it scans very bad

The app does not recognise my device and always asks to redo all uploads. This has been happening for quite some time now. So iritatng!

This is useless App, Every time asked emirates id & selfie video

it requires me the verify all my personal details and ID everytime im trying to login. with the recent update, i am not able to login at all.

I had a horrible experience with Dubai First Bank concerning my credit card. My card was blocked by the bank due to fraudulent activity involving fake OTPs sent by hackers. During this period, the bank did not inform me that I still needed to pay my statement bill despite the card being blocked. As a result, I was charged late payment fees and interest for not paying the statement bill. This was my first late payment in three years of being a customer. When I contacted the bank to explain the situation and requested a reversal of the deducted interest amount, they refused to cooperate. The lack of communication from the bank during a time of fraudulent activity on my account is unacceptable. The charges incurred were not my fault, and the bank’s unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly feels like they are taking advantage of their customers. This experience has made me feel that they are more interested in profiting from these situations rather than supporting their customers. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with Dubai First Bank. They have shown a lack of understanding and flexibility in handling a loyal customer’s first late payment due to circumstances beyond their control. They are essentially looters, taking advantage of hard-earned money from their customers.

This is the most pathetic app.. keeps crashing and every time you try to login it says this is a new device and you need to verify yourself with details again and again.. fix this or close your useless card and app.

Excellent Application, very easy to understand

It keeps asking me to verify my identity claiming that this is a new device. I have done this verification 5 times in the past month (of course from the same device - iPhone). Besides no proper notifications, and others. This app needs a lot of work to get it to todays’ standards.
