Worst app
Asks everytime to login and register device
Multiple Registrations
1. Card activation is done twice 2. I registered the device but it is showing the device is not trusted re-register 3. It took more than a month to issue the creditcard
Poor App Experience
Wasted Almost one month to Register the Card to App and start using the Card on promotion period… sad to miss the chance to participatoru bcoz of the poor Dubai First App
Horrible App
Never such poor experience with any other banking app in UAE. I have done banking with HSBC, ADCB, Emirates NBD. Avoid banking if you can.
Notification
Dear Team, it seems notifications do not show up when transaction is made. Also can you add excel export for custom transaction dates
Login issue
The app ask every time to Verify card details while loging even on the same device.
App not responsive past 3 months
App asks for registration for every login I stopped using it Reported the matter by review and calling customer care. No solution Multiple updates in past 3 months but no fix to this issue till date
