needs credentials again and again
Since The new updates, whenever i login the dubai first app, it is asking to go through the complete process again saying this is new device you login from? i have to repeat every time i have to login. because of this I cant keep track, I cannot use this card anymore
It is very hectic and inconvenient. what are apps for?
Updates Constantly
I like the app ok but EVERYTIME I go to use it it needs to be updated. It’s so annoying. Please spread your update releases so it’s not so often.

For last few weeks, the app detects my phone as a new device and wants to validate everything all over again. Already did that twice this week. Wish you guys test properly

Too many bugs
This has constant log in bugs and failures. Needs to be fixed. Also the timeout on the app is too short. Having to relogin again and again.
Notifications also stopped working.

App has been came up with new features and nice to use
Worst banking app ever.
First off I’m one of those rare people that want to check the balance of my credit card transactions as I spend money. With FAB this is impossible. The app regularly shows an incorrect balance. I keep track of every amount I spend and when I notice it doesn’t match what is in the banking app I reconcile down to the fil only to find I haven’t missed any transactions and I can’t match the balance. I then call customer support only to find there are some hidden amounts that I will only see when the monthly statement is issued. This has happened multiple times.
So in summary the one thing you expect a banking app to have is correct information - not the case with this app.
New update is terrible
You could pay your credit card bill through your debit card form another bank. Now you can’t, my bank , Adib isn’t listed, and worse of all you can’t find a sensible human to have a talk with.
