App is useless! Sent round in circles, unable to log in, unable to select a bike. 30 minutes (!) of trying and we eventually gave up and called an Uber. Honestly don’t waste your time!

Incredibly difficult to use as electric bike, had to go to the website to figure out you can’t simply hire it as electric but you need to have your own battery purchased separately for 60£. I’ve never seen anything this poor when it comes to rental bikes in any major European city
Charged me 3.50 then a further 6.50!!!!! CON
Whatever I try to do I keep getting an ‘oops an error has occurred’ message. I’ve tried deleting and reloading the app, turning my phone on and off, changing my password, clearing my cache and calling the helpline. Total waste of time.
Had been using the app fine, renewed my Membership after the end of year one, now I’m paying for the service and can’t unlock a bike. Every time I do I get an error message.
App has error messages at every corner. App crashed when attempting to unlock bike, without fail. Could not find option to start a subscription. Could not access payment methods. Website also terrible, stuck on loading screen. Whoever contracted JC Decaux should be fired. Totally unusable and brings Dublin into disrepute. Anything would be better.

Great service. Not the best UI, but means well. Fairly priced.
Tried on numerous occasions during our trip to Dublin to use these bikes. App accepted email andpassword but unable to progress as just comes up with OOPS an error occurred. Disappointing as so many bikes about and would have used!!
It is not possible to simply walk up to a station and rent a bike within 3 minutes. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how bike rental works. People need to go through loops to register. Phone numbers are not recognised, sessions cannot be validated, the app is useless beyond showing the map of stations. The team needs to rethink user friendliness because you are leaving money and business on the table. Then I found out it is operated by JCDecaux. C’mon guys, you’re the world leaders in marketing. Or meant to be.. you need to sort out user friendliness ASAP.
