Bought the ticket, got the email receipt. Later on boarding the bus, the app declared that I hadn’t bought the ticket. Fortunately the driver took pity on me! Won’t be using the app again…

Buying a ticket on this app is a lottery. Not helpful when you’re rushing to catch a flight. It’s incredibly confusing and not intuitive at all.

This app is pathetic. It highlights how poor we are when it comes to what we would deem as simple tasks. I’m simply looking to get fare prices and purchase bus tickets but it appears less hassle to drive myself. An epic fail

In comparison to other transport apps ( example: m-ticket, Lothian Buses Edinburgh) this is a poor example of a ticket app, buses are limited regional bus companies / local operators and you can’t buy tickets for national tickets for Bus Eireann, or Dublin Bus proper as an example. I would have expected to be able to purchase a ticket on the National Bus network to go to anywhere of my choosing rather than rooting for change in my pocket because the app doesn’t provide me with the choice. Needs further work and routes and operators expanding.

This app update is really bad. All the Limerick suburban bus routes have disappeared and it seems to be Dublin only routes …?

It seems the app is useless in a forgotten county. In Donegal.

Absolute joke of an app. It logs you out multiple times a day and then when you’re trying to activate your ticket it takes a few minutes. It’s not compatible with iPhones and this needs to be fixed.

App constantly fails to load when you try to log in. Summarises how bad our public transport is in this country. And when the app doesn’t work, they won’t accept card payment on the bus ! Only cash!

Bus Eireann does not show up by default, several bus routes missing so could not buy online ticket

Signs me out of my account every 2 days which is very annoying, and recently I was unable to re-login with Apple, looks like they stopped supporting that, and had to create a new account. There’s also no option to bulk-buy single-use tickets, and if you buy tickets without waiting 60 seconds after each purchase, your next purchase fails, so basically buying 10 tickets takes 10 minutes.
