EasyPark - Parking made easy

I installed this app when I visited Norway in June 2022. I used it twice to pay for parking of the rented car. When I returned the car I uninstalled the app and I never returned to Norway again. Suddenly after a year and the half, on 29 Jan 2024, EasyPark started to charge my credit card without authorization from my side. I had to block my credit card to stop this. Someone else was driving that rented car and EasyPark was charging me. I placed a complain and asked for refund, but EasyPark says it’s customer’s responsibility to remove the car plate number from the profile. They say they have written this in the terms and conditions. However, they didn’t write that camera recognition is enabled by default. Be careful with this application and EasyPark services in general. They can charge your card anytime they want and you can only block your card. Btw. This happened shortly after the EasyPark was hacked in Dec 2023. They say it’s has nothing to do with my case.

They charge you transaction fee every time you park, plus, it says something about time restrictions and charges you even more when you click park.

Parking was paid via the app and and the same time the fine was received. And now while trying to report it in the app on my phone and also the laptop the button to submit the form isn’t active. I can’t proceed with it

This app is trying to charge my credit card for a parking stay that was not authorized by me and I was not even in Denmark when the parking stay occurred. The CS admitted a mistake and confirmed they removed my banking information from the system. AND YET the app is still trying to charge my CC every couple of days. I’ve been back and forth for weeks now with customer service and they stoped responding to my emails 2 weekend ago even though the app is still trying to charge my cc for a parking stay that was not mine! This is the worst experience ever! Not to mention I consider it abuse and I will report this with authorities.

Po prostu wystarczy wpisać numer samochodu i zapłacić przez ApplePay. Koniec. Tak powinno być wszędzie.

Cannot add my licence plate as it contains "0" - absolutely useless and waste of time.

I registered the car in the app, spinned the wheel and checked the app several times if all is fine. It appeared the amount due was about 37€. It was weird that I wasn’t charged, but the timer was working so I assumed that maybe it will charge me once I click “Stop”. When I returned to the car I found a parking ticket. I clicked “stop” in the app but still wasn’t charged. It doesn’t seem to work on my IPhone 13. The silver lining was that the ticket from the city/police was ultimately cheaper.

If you set by mistake a parking in free time for example at night, you cannot delete it or make new parking set at normal day time because "parking is already started". Irritating

You need to be aware about exact parking rules cause they will happily charge you for the hours when parking fee is not needed. The recognize exact location and parking zone rules regarding visitors etc but not about parking hours?
