Urspünglich spitze - jetzt aber fehlerhaft
Die App ist grundsätzlich Mega, die Idee absolut unterstützenswert und hat lange Zeit einwandfrei funktioniert. Nun ist es seit geraumer Zeit aber so, dass die App extrem langsam is, zb wird eine Tastatureingabe erst bis zu 15 Sekunden nach dem eintippen „nachgetippt“, alles ist verzögert und verlangsamt. Ich hoffe, es gibt bald ein Update, das dieses Problem beheben wird.

App stürzt in letzter Zeit immer wieder ab und man kann nichts suchen..schade!
Funktioniert einwandfrei
Tolle Idee mit dem Pflanzen von Bäumen und die Suchmaschine funktioniert gleich gut wie Google.

Bin kein Fachmann, aber für Otto-Normalverbraucher ist es ein ganz guter Browser. Find es top, dass man nur durch Suchanfragen schon etwas für Naturschutz machen kann.
Standardbrowser
Verwende nichts anderes mehr, außer hin und wieder aus funktionalen Gründen auf einigen wenigen Websites. :) Tolle Arbeit! Feedback: eine Strg+F - Funktion wär noch echt hilfreich für die mobile Version! Alles Liebe!
Enttäuschendes Update
Habe Ecosia jahrelang begeistert als Standardbrowser genutzt. Seit dem neuesten Update stellt die App aber immer wieder ohne mein Zutun den privaten Surfmodus aus. Das veranlasste mich leider dazu, einen anderen Standardbrowser auszuwählen. Nun musste ich auch noch feststellen, dass die (durch das ständige automatische Ausschalten der App des privaten Surfmodus) gespeicherten Websitedaten einfach nicht zu löschen sind. Kann man zwar so antippen, bringt aber nichts, da diese Daten erneut erscheinen, wenn man die App schließt & wieder öffnet. Ich warte noch auf einen Fix dieser Probleme, denn ich habe Ecosia wirklich liebgewonnen. Sollte es dieses nicht geben, werde ich die App löschen (müssen).
