The app has the same things that the headset has in visual form. I have neobud pro. But the biggest thing missing is how to contact the support if someone goes wrong or want to ask questions. There is just a link to buy new one but… Maybe people do not want to buy new one every time there is issues
I own a pair of W800BT, which is supposedly a supported device on the app, and the only thing the app does after connection is referring me to a PDF manual on their site. Oh yeah there are also some links to Chinese retailers to buy a new pair of the exact model you already own. Don’t waste your time with the app.
