eDreams: Goedkope vliegtickets

Denk je de goedkoopste tickets te hebben, komen er diverse hoge kosten bij. Meer dan bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij zelf. Is eigenlijk misleiding.

Really bad they took 90 euro from my bank account without me knowing and they are more exempt than any other company.

E dreams prime has to be the biggest scam/joke of the 21st century. They promise you better prices on flights , massive discounts on hotels and most importantly the best and quickest service possible. While in reality, i’m (a prime member) still booking on different sites because they offer me better prices. Now for the first time ever i want to change booking dates because im sick (Remember they promote that, one of the perks of Edreams prime is that you can change and cancel your flights for free) and they tell me that they can not cancel my booking and that i have to pay an additional 50 euros to change my flight date. So to finish a long story short, Don’t subscribe to Edreams-prime

They declined my flight and gave me half my money

Je wordt continu lastig gevallen met reclame voor auto’s en hotels, als je je vluchten wil bekijken loopt de boel vast. Je kunt er dus niets mee!

Ze bieden ticket aan voor €34,00, als je eenmaal door de vragen heen gaat en allemaal toevoegingen (alles basic) betaalde ik uiteindelijk nog bijna €90,00 voor mijn ticket van URT naar BKK. Een prime abonnement moet je nemen om aan je vliegdetails te komen. Gelukkig kon ik mijn abonnement online annuleren. Dit doe ik nooit meer, denk dat ik elders veel goedkoper uit was geweest!!

They tempt you into a free trial of their prime product. It is very hard to cancel so unless you travel avoid it. They said I could cancel online but the links went round in circles. They force you to ring a number and try the hard sell. Hopefully it is now cancelled!

I spent hours to try to cancel a flight - it is impossible. Now we’re getting a No Show not to our fault.

August 27th, my dad passed away and all if a sudden I booked an urgent ticket through edreams to go his funeral. They charged €337.52 money and didn't provide me the ticket. Then I had to book another ticket and paid twice. It's completely a rubbish and fraud agency.
