They show the cheapest price when you pay they wont let you apply code and have to pay normal price or more expensive

This app is not clear information for users, it automatic register Prime Subscription without users’ agreements. Scammmm

They hold your card info and purchase for membership ship and when you call to complain they return half money and hold half money for gift code And when I book another flight to use the gift, they charge the service same money with the gift . So you will pay like a normal price . It mean the gift code is nothing . A horrible and truly scam !

Website lừa đảo. Fraud website, don’t use it.We buy a ticket from Toronto to Calgary and then return to Toronto in 2 days. Edream sent us a ticket with a wrong date , in order we have a buy another ticket to return to Toronto. Before paying our tickets we have carefully verify our dates however the confirmation from edream is a different date! Be carreful

I am really disappointed and regretful for choosing edreams to buy tickets for my trip. I am still a student and received a scholarship to study for 1 month in the summer in Germany. So I decided to book a flight to France to visit my aunt. However, because my aunt could not take me to the airport at 4am, I decided to request a refund and rebook a new ticket. I requested a refund from Air France, and they accepted my refund request. Then, I requested a refund on the edreams app, but they sent an email refusing to refund the ticket with the reason that Air France refused to refund my ticket. I contacted Air France, they said that I booked the ticket through edreams so edreams should be responsible for refunding my ticket. I am really disappointed because they shirked their responsibility and blamed Air France. If edreams does not solve my problem, I will contact the university and find a representative to handle this situation.

I booked an airline through edreams and they’ve deducted me subscription fee from my bank account without my consent. I didn’t subscribe to any offer but they kept my credit card details and deducted my money. I need refund and I won’t recommend this fraudulent company to anyone. Don’t use their service

I don't have a registered membership. Why does the app automatically deduct money from my visa card? And do not notify Mail when the app wants to deduct money. very dangerous

I was book a trip from berlin to hungary last month and i dont know why this month they take 90e from my bank account when i don’t have any transactions with them. This is scam and when i chat with a page they forced me give them 47usd to solve the problems. I don’t know why services very very BAD like that. If you don’t solve my problem . i will public all to the social medias to let everyone know
