I cannot cancel my prime subscription using app or website (that is so ridiculous). I tried to call them but no response! Worst app ever

I could not cancel my prime subscription because they just have a call line which is i can not call. They just renewrd my subscription without my approve and answered my comment with the same documentation from the website which is not helpful at all. They are the worst.

I can not reach to the support it's only with phone, and i can not call the number. There is no email address i can contact. They just renewed my subscription and got 100 euro from my card without my approve and i can not reach them.

I believe that EDREAMS' business practices involve scamming people by displaying inflated prices. After you finalize the booking at the displayed total amount, you discover that they have deducted a different amount from the agreed price shown on their website. This happened to me twice. The first time was when I booked tickets for my family, and the second time they deducted an amount without my permission under the name of "prime," to which I never agreed to any subscription or payment. I want to warn everyone to be cautious when dealing with this company. I would rate this company below zero in my case.
