three years ago, I subscribed to the services of this application once and bought tickets from them. after that they try to charge me 80€ every year without explaining the reason! you are real fraudsters, the bank blocked them several times and it still doesn't help!

Навязывают агрессивно прайм, потом невозможно отказаться. Онлайн возможности отменить подписку нет, только звонком. Хотя в плане изначально ВРАЛИ что это легко сделать онлайн. ВРУТ что звонки бесплатные. Везде пишут free call, а по факту это самые дорогие саппорт звонки с которыми я сталкивалась. 3 раза я щвонила и 3 раза разговор прерывался на середине, потому денбги на счету заканчивались, в общем я потратила 15 евро чтобы закончить разговор. Саппорт это вообще что-то с чем-то, не хотели отменять подписку, агрессивное навязывание подписки. Я говорю отмените подписку, а они "Вам подписка будет дешевле на 50%". И ссорилась, и уже кричала, через 5 минут и очередные снятые 8 евро с аккаунта, мне таки отменили подписку. Потратила кучу нервов, все мои скидки просто нивелировались стоимостью звонков. Больше никогда в жизни с edreams не связываюсь.

Не рекомендую с этой службой иметь дела Они сами списывают 60€ просто за то что ты к ним подключался

This app cheats you. They subscribe you for prime membership and then not allow you to cancel it. Avoid this app, guys!

This application doesn't provide the ability to cancel Prime membership. I did this in advance and unlinked my card but the money was taken from the card for the annual subscription, I can't get through by phone, I try it a lot of times, they also don't respond to my mail, and they don't connect with the operator in the chat bot. I have to block my card because the payment was charged illegally without my permission in security app of my bank again. Don't trust this app at all and don't give them your card information. These are scammers! And it’s impossible to cancel the subscription and don’t have a problems at all. All information in their “support” page in web site it’s not true and u not able to manage your subscription in app, web site account or through the phone! I write report to the police about this payment for which I don’t give any permission but they not allowed as me to cancel this subscription!

In case you bought ticket with edreams and flight was cancelled - good luck to get money back! Customer support just provide you with instructions which impossible to do. For example: send email with attached document where on their side they not allow get documents

These are scammers. After purchasing the tickets, the site and application automatically assigned a prime subscription, which I did not agree to, and charged 90 euros without a receipt a month later. It is illegal. I demand a refund and cansalation prime. There is no such cancellation function either on the website or in the application. I also made a formal request to the bank and to your office. And the police!
