I don't have a registered membership. Why does the app automatically deduct money from my visa card? And do not notify Mail when the app wants to deduct money. very dangerous

I was book a trip from berlin to hungary last month and i dont know why this month they take 90e from my bank account when i don’t have any transactions with them. This is scam and when i chat with a page they forced me give them 47usd to solve the problems. I don’t know why services very very BAD like that. If you don’t solve my problem . i will public all to the social medias to let everyone know

😒 I lost 92$ charged by the app with no cancellation or refund option. You can’t cancel subscription from the app, you can’t cancel the subscription from the website…they don’t have online support only a phone number that no one answers. I want my money back ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ Fraud 👎🏻
