Impossible to log in (premium user)
For 2 days I'm not able to log in and I'm trying to contact them in all the ways... No answer. Is it probably something related to the service or the app is just dead? But obviously, the payment will go through. 0 stars for customer service.
Just get Duolingo
This app forces you to either continue to learn with and expensive subscription or just stop! Duolingo however does have Duolingo plus but it’s just an ad-on and you can learn without plus. Just get Duolingo. Don’t waste time because of a cute UI

VERY GOOD!!
I’ve been wanting to learn Japanese for about 2 months now and I’ve learnt a few words and phrases but I wanted a more effective way so I downloaded this and I immediately became in love with it the way it’s like your just having a normal conversation with Lanny is very cool and the way it teaches you things about the Japan culture. A thing it can improve is to maybe teach you a few more things before it makes you get premium which u have to pay for . But overall it’s good

It’s a great app! And I love to use it, but… I don’t see why we can’t move on to the next level on courses!
Good but....
This app is great but i wouldn’t use it to learn the entire language. This is because it simply does not have enough information to learn it. I would recommend using Duolingo instead as it teaches more whereas this app teaches culture and basic grammar structure. Sill a pretty good app tho.(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

First day was great, but after that it was rubbish. It wouldn’t let me login (even tho I registered) and kept crashing! Uninstalled!!

Cute UI and concept but a little... weird
It’s got super cute UI, pretty cute dialogue, and I’m sure it will keep some people motivated, but some of their choices of what to teach are very odd. I downloaded this already knowing 30ish kanji, 230 words, and the kana, so headed straight for the kanji courses. I don’t know what the kana courses are like but for the kanji one they’re kinda slow and the kanji they teach is somewhat random. The beginner’s course teaches 10 kanji, the numbers, (plus four phrase things used for examples that I doubt one would remember). I already knew numbers as they’re pretty standard kanji to start with, so after seeing that was all it taught I moved to the intermediate one which teaches kanji like ‘defend’, ‘danger’, a phrase for ‘fire prevention week’ among others. Overall this is just *weird*. Usually kanji courses either teach in the order of ascending stroke number, so you learn to write simpler kanji first, or they teach the most useful kanji first. This does neither. I’m honestly stumped as to why they chose these kanji for the second section. Based on the amount of content on the app I can’t imagine it would take a learner very far. If it gets you far enough that you have the motivation to go on then maybe it’s worth it, if you’re interested you may as well try it out.
