I tried hard to re-register again each I type the information requested the screen slide up and disappear and cannot push the “register” to proceed as it disappears It is really a nightmare

Can’t even register
Mobile app keeps loading but won’t process my registration Wish I read these comments about this mandatory app sooner, would’ve then thought twice before purchasing a ticket to come here….not looking forward to my upcoming vacation now :(
App does not respond to changes in health status. Did not turn green during the entire duration of my trip despite two negative PCR tests and one negative antigen test. The helplines simply don’t know how to help. More common a problem than recognized. Very time consuming and costly for visitors.
If I could give this application 0 stars I would. I came to qatar with a negative PCR and double vaccination. I took another PCR in Hamad international airport and it came back negative. My ehteraz was green and there were no problems until today when it decided to turn yellow and now I’m apparently in quarantine. The 109 hotline is almost as useless as the app, and I can’t wait to leave the country.
This application is utterly useless. Barely works, always signs out and no one can help you. I have had my two doses of vaccine and they decided to make the app go yellow for some reason. One of the worst applications ever. This is supposed to make the country go forward not backward!!!!!!!!!! One star rating is too much for this app.
I’m fully vaccinated and still my EHTERAZ is yellow and I call them every time they tell me ohh is under process and it will work but it’s been 14 days It’s worst application I saw my whole life
My Ehteraz turned yellow out of no where … i slept on a Green with Golden animated frame and woke up on a Yellow / Quarantine status. Called 109 reported my issue they gave me a ticket number to follow since 5 days and still my problem is not fixed … call centre representative are so gentle however they are useless because all they can tell you is that (as an end user) someone will be contacting you soon … when i ask about “how soon is soon”? They only reply by soon. This is BAAAAAAAAADDDDDDD PLEASE FIX YOUR APP OR REPLACE ALL YOUR TECH/call centre employees with more efficient ones.
This application is supposed to be fully functional for the community as you can not MOVE in Qatar without it. It should not keep crashing on everyone all over. It should not be rated this poorly. Hire someone more qualified to figure out the problem and FIX IT. Thank you.
I completed my 2nd dose over a month ago but my app did not change to reflect this. Called the App hotline 5 times and no one can tell me how to fix this problem.
