This is the absolute worse app I’ve ever used, not to mention the terrible customer service. Would not even give it one star! I came to Qatar for just a few days, quarantined the first 2 days and then was released with a negative Antigen result. My barcode stayed yellow for the entire stay. I called over 20 times the hotline for Ehteraz, they were useless and inconclusive. Thankfully, I was able to leave Qatar by doing another test. It’s ridiculous that a country has to rely on a safety platform that does not even work!

Unprofessional team Worst app ever

It’s been more than two weeks that I’ve had my second vaccination dose. And the app still didn’t update the vaccination details nor the golden frame. Although I contacted the technical team who didn’t know as well what was the problem. I hope they find an update soon where all these problems can be solved.

Why you create this system when you can’t handle this . This system give so much trouble for traveler. I have to cancel my flight because of this stupid system.

Accidentally uninstalled the app and its not letting me sign in again since with error "ID card details not verified". Called 109 many times to no avail. Kindly fix it.

Nothing would load past the first screen. App seems very broken

Have been trying to log in for hours both in app and website, not taking QID in web and not doing anything on app????? I am under the impression that this is something we must have???

Can’t register
