Énième application covid développée avec les pieds qui ne fonctionne pas. « Visit Qatar » qu’il disaient !

Application non fonctionnelle Et personne pour aider

Je mets 1 étoile car on ne peut pas en mettre 0. Application mangeuse de batterie, de mémoire, impossible de ce connecter et le Service d’aide et tout simplement horrible. J’ai demandé une mise à jour de mon statut sur l’application, on m’a dit de désinstaller et réinstaller l’application afin d’avoir mon statue à jour, résultat j’ai mis au moins 2h pour me reconnecter pour au final voir que rien n’a été changé... au passage même quand on demande en anglais c’est écrit en arabe et pour la nationalité c’est écrit tellement petit qu’il est impossible de lire ou déchiffrer ce qui est écrit en arabe. La personne que vous aller appeler pour de l’aide parle à peine anglais et semble aussi perdu que nous. Bonne chance et bon courage PS: si ils vous disent de desinstaller et reinstaller l’application, ne le faire pas

The worst application ever..

I call 109 : they do nothing

Same for me from this morning after night without doing anything and no VPN installer. Application asked for new login this morning .After received OTP code , error is reply. Application is mandatory everywhere but not working. Need to go to work, to eat and after 3 calls on 109 I only received ticket issue... that s all. What I can do!!!

It was working great until today, I can’t register anymore, it’s not working. So now I am stuck because I need it to enter everywhere but it’s not working and 109 isn’t helpful at all!!!

It was working great for a while and now it is always out of work. I had to delete and reinstall but now not working at all!
