Day 10 of my the EHTERAZ app showing yellow (in quarantine status) when I am not supposed to be in quarantine. I was in mandatory 2-day hotel quarantine having arrived from a red listed country. And tested negative before being discharged from the hotel 10 DAYS ago. I’ve called at least 15 times and nothing has changed. After 10 DAYS? That’s outrageous. Humanity can reach the moon in 3 days on a rocket but EHTERAZ technical support cannot fix glitches to change colour from yellow to green to reflect the accurate status. Is it wrong that I am truly appalled?

Good, visa option is available. However, there are limitation with the phone number which is made available only to local number. It will be great to have international phone number for OTP request prior logging in for business visa user.

I tried downloading the app on my iphone 6 but was told that I could not as my ios was not up to date. The thing is, older iphones have no access to the latest ios updates and have no choice but to remain with an older version. Pls make this app accessible to people who have older iphones and are helpless to such limited requirements.

Why you create this system when you can’t handle this . This system give so much trouble for traveler. I have to cancel my flight because of this stupid system.

Accidentally uninstalled the app and its not letting me sign in again since with error "ID card details not verified". Called 109 many times to no avail. Kindly fix it.

Nothing would load past the first screen. App seems very broken

Have been trying to log in for hours both in app and website, not taking QID in web and not doing anything on app????? I am under the impression that this is something we must have???

Can’t register

Please update the app. It doesn’t work. Won’t go past the registration screen.
